At State Nomad, each item is custom-made especially for you. Because every product is made to order, we’re unable to offer cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges—unless there’s a rare defect in the item.
Your satisfaction matters to us, so if your order arrives with a defect, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund. To process your request, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your item and include a clear photo showing the defect. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging when applicable. Reach out to us at info@statenomad.com and we’ll make it right.
